The team is absolutely amazing and took great care of my Coco. They were competent, kind, careful and above all else professional. We really felt taken care of and Coco now is a new dog with even more purpose. If you’re looking for a new vet in the downtown core, I couldn’t recommend this team any more highly of a choice. Best decision I’ve made!

Reviews aren’t only for sharing complaints—they’re also for recognizing outstanding service! The entire team was absolutely wonderful: welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. As someone who is not Canadian, I especially appreciated how much time they took to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I fully understood every step of the process. Despite my cat being quite anxious and restless, they remained patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout the visit, which made a huge difference for both of us. A compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated team that I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you again for your exceptional care and support! ????❤️

When my dogs usual vet couldn’t get her in and redirected me to emergency I called Harbourfront Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in within an hour. My pug was suffering from Pyometra which is lethal. All the staff and the vet were so comforting, acted quick and saved her life. They explained everything, give estimates prior to doing anything and while I was a crying mess really made me feel comforted. A huge thank you to everyone, from front desk, vet techs and the vet. Won’t be taking my dogs anywhere else!

Last month our beautiful dog started to avoid his food and stopped playing the way he used to we were so concerned about his wellbeing. We have been taking him to the harbourfront animal hospital but this time was different, he was genuinely sick and the care he received right from the start, the vet and the staff (Dr Williams, Anya, Diana and Nicole) was so heartwarming to see. He was admitted for a day and received such phenomenal care and since then, they have been available to answer any questions we had. 10/10 recommend for your furry friends and if it’s on Diana’s list, it will be done! ^_^

All staff were excellent with my cat Duke thus ensuring that he remained very calm, and and was not stressed. The vet Dr. Williams, was very thorough and explained the diagnosis fully along with the options for treatment. Anya was amazing with Duke as she gave him his injection and first dose of antibiotics. An excellent experience all around!
